Robley Dunglison, John P. Emmet and Charles Bonnycastle ask the Board if funds will be available "during the present season" to build smokehouses for them. They also request the Board give attention to the lack of access to the attics of the Pavilions and the damp and unfinished state of the cellars of the Pavilions.
